Community Catalysts California offers a variety of services to people within the full spectrum of types of disabilities. Everyday our professional staff members are committed to people with disabilities to help them succeed in their daily lives, work, home and in their communities.

Services:

Independent living skills training, housing search assistance, case management, employment development services, day programs, transportation services, and referrals to community resources

Payment Options:

Eligibility:

Must have a disability and/or be a veteran and be 18 years of age or older.
