Comprehensive Assessment and Stabilization Services (CASS): Fred Finch Placement Stabilization

CASS serves children in foster care and their families around San Diego County. A comprehensive assessment of youth and and family’s strengths and needs is utilized to develop a comprehensive treatment plan including therapeutic interventions, case management and crisis intervention, to support stability in their home. The goals of the program are to address the youth’s mental health needs, diminish the safety risks, and preserve the family.

Services:

Case management, family counseling, psycho-education; Advocacy for youth at Individual Education Program meetings, Child Welfare meetings, and meetings related to mental health and placement needs of children and youth in foster care; Medication management; Behavior Modification

Payment Options:

This program is funded through a contract with the County of San Diego.
