Escondido Education COMPACT is a unique and nontraditional (nonprofit public benefit) organization designed to provide support and services for at-risk youth in North San Diego County. COMPACT has been a youth workforce development specialist for over 25 years, providing youth ages 14-21 with work readiness training and linkages to employment. We work with local businesses and industry to provide enriching educational and career exploration for all students who access our programs.

Services:

Academic support, career guidance, job skills and training, paid internships, youth development, juvenile diversion, and parenting workshops
