Father Joe’s Villages: Toussaint Academy

Toussaint Academy serves high school age adolescents, ages 14 – 18, who meet the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s guidelines for homelessness. These guidelines include adolescents who do not have suitable homes to return to, adolescents whose families reside at St. Vincent de Paul Village, and adolescents who live in other homeless settings (i.e., the street or emergency shelters). Transitional housing during college years available for program graduates prior to turning 18.

Services:

Academic services, residential living services with on-site staff, meals (3 per day) and snacks, psychosocial assessments, individualized case management services, employment and vocational services, health services (medical, dental, psychiatric, and chemical dependency), counseling, alumni aftercare services (scholarships, housing assistance, job placement, and case management)
