Fostering Change: Independent Living Skills Program

The Fostering Change Independent Living Skills program is designed to help foster youth achieve self-sufficiency when they age out of foster care. We provide intensive life skills training and case management support.

Services:

Case management services to assist youth in completing high school with a diploma or GED, obtaining work readiness and job retention and career planning skills, obtaining safe and sustainable housing acquiring money management skills, gaining access to needed healthcare, and mentoring.
