The Family Wellness Center at the San Diego Center for Children offers a wide range of services to children, teens, young adults, and family members of all ages. Our services help people discover and develop individual strengths, build strong families, and provide guidance through personal challenges. We help youth and families improve their quality of life, achieve goals, and promote overall well-being. We emphasize effective and proven practices: cognitive-behavioral therapy for mood and anxiety, trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy for abuse and crime victims, behavioral family therapy to improve family communication and parenting skills.

Services:

Psychological and educational assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, and school-based therapy.

Payment Options:

The Family Wellness Center provides services at affordable rates and we can bill several major insurance companies and Medi-Cal.
