San Diego Unified School District: Transition Resources for Adult Community Education (TRACE)

TRACE is part of the San Diego Unified School District and is an educational support network to assist young adult students with disabilities in transition from high school to adult life. TRACE encourages students to be as independent as possible in the community.

Services:

Job placement recreation/leisure activities, self-advocacy, classes that are offered through community colleges, and training programs for lifelong learning and domestic skills, mentoring, and specialized services as outlined in student's IEP

Payment Options:

No cost

Eligibility:

Student must have an IEP to receive TRACE services, be 18-22 years old, and cannot hold a high school diploma at the time of program entry.
