San Ysidro Health Center (SYHC) is a non-profit organization fully committed to providing the highest quality, most compassionate, easily accessible and affordable health care services for the entire family. SYHC offers no-cost transportation to clinic appointments for registered SYHC patients. Transportation must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Please notify us if you shall need wheelchair assistance.
