Sharp Mesa Vista: Changes Program

The Changes Program at Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital is an after-school, adolescent chemical-dependency program for teens between 13 and 18 years of age. The program offers a supportive and therapeutic environment to help adolescents develop and maintain a sober lifestyle.

Services:

The program integrates 12-step recovery principles, behavioral training, and group therapy. The program also features intensive family involvement, including multifamily group sessions, and parent support and education.

Payment Options:

Insurance, Medicare, and Medi-Cal/Medicare

Ages 13-18
