Sharp Mesa Vista: Transition Age Youth Intensive Outpatient Program

Sharp Mesa Vista’s Transitional Age Youth (TAY) IOP Program provides effective outpatient treatment, structure and support to help young adults navigate mental health disorders. Typical clients stay anywhere 3 weeks to a year. Average stay is 8-12 weeks. Skilled caregivers use education and a combination of therapy and medication management to guide young adults on a journey toward a better life.

Services:

Individual, group, and family therapy, stress management and coping strategies, social support, drug and alcohol groups, medication management, psychiatry appointments

Payment Options:

Insurance including Medi-Medi, Medicare coinsurance plans, and all major insurance companies except Kaiser

Eligibility:

Between ages 18 to 26, mental health diagnosis
