The South Bay Guidance Wellness Recovery Center’s services are based on the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation, with an emphasis on attending to the whole person and re-establishing one’s life as a result of the consequences of mental illness, rather than attending to the symptoms of the illness. We focus on recovery, rehabilitation, and community integration, and are individualized to meet the needs of each client. This center also has three specialized programs: Full Service Partnership Case Management, and targeted services for Transition Aged Youth and Older Adults.

Services:

Case management, medication management, mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, employment services, group and limited individual and family counseling, integrated services for mental health and substance use problems, enhanced services for Transitional Aged Youth and Older adults, outreach and education, life skills development, and service coordination and linkage.

Payment Options:

Primarily County funded; Program accepts Medi-Cal. For individuals with no insurance, fees are based on a sliding scale determined by one's income.

Ages 18-24 with a mental illness
