Vista Hill: Juvenile Drug Court Program

The Juvenile Drug Court (JDC) provides intensive case management, support and drug testing for youth under close supervision by Superior Court – Juvenile Division. JDC is recommended for youth refractory to lower level intervention and supervision.

Services are available throughout San Diego County.

Services:

JDC is based on a national best practice model that uses positive rewards and rare court sanctions over a minimum nine (9) month period. Youth have regular and frequent court appearances, interviews and enrollment in alcohol/drug treatment services.

Eligibility:

Court-directed teens supervised by Probation between the ages of 12-18 who are referred by a probation officer and remanded by Superior Court are eligible.
