YMCA: Turning Point Transitional Living Program

Turning Point is a transitional living program that will provide housing for up to 18 months in addition to case management services during and after residency with the goal of productivity (which is defined as working on mental health, employment, and/or educational goals).

Services:

Semi-supervised apartments, counseling, case management, employment and educational support

Payment Options:

County-contracted

Eligibility:

16-21 years old and homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The youth must attend an orientation for the program, which are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 3:00 pm at 4145 Swift Ave #2, San Diego, CA 92104. This would start the referral process. The youth cannot be former foster youth.
