Mental Health Systems: Kinesis North Bio-Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program
Bio-Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (BPSR) Kinesis North Clinic is an adult (TAY welcomed) outpatient mental health clinic that serves those who have serious and persistent mental health issues. Our program helps individuals with psychiatric disabilities to live and socialize within their communities. We also assist participants in finding work that matches their strengths and abilities. Our services include supporting recovery from mental health and substance abuse issues by assisting in developing skills to manage symptoms and improve quality of life.

Mental Health Systems: Mid-Coast Regional Recovery Center
Mid-Coast Regional Recovery Center is an outpatient substance abuse treatment program that teaches the dynamics of recovery and personal responsibility. We work with our clients in identifying the underlying causes of addiction and alcoholism, and then support them as they work to build a foundation of healthy coping skills. We are committed to a comprehensive approach that is aimed at bettering the whole person.

Mental Health Systems: North County Center for Change
North County Center for Change is the case management and treatment provider for San Diego’s North County Division Adult Drug Court. We work collaboratively with other members of the Drug Court Team, who include the Judge, court support staff, District Attorney, Public Defender, and law enforcement liaison officers. As the treatment provider on the Drug Court Team, North County Center for Change helps our clients achieve success in living a productive life that is free of criminal activity. Our treatment services offer group and individual counseling, and our case management services provide for mental health, education, employment and community referral needs.

North Inland Regional Recovery Center (NIRRC) is an outpatient alcohol and substance abuse program that offers treatment services, mental health screenings and community referrals in a welcoming environment. We also offer a unique program for young people, designed for education and early intervention of substance abuse issues. We work with our clients in identifying the underlying causes of addiction and alcoholism, and then support them as they work to build a foundation of healthy coping skills. Mental Health Systems: Serial Inebriate Program
Our Serial Inebriate Program (SIP) was developed in partnership with law enforcement, emergency medical services, hospitals, and the courts. SIP provides a unique and cost-effective solution to the unsuccessful “revolving door” practices commonly used to deal with the often challenging and under-served population of chronic homeless alcoholics. Offering individuals deemed chronic inebriates treatment in lieu of custody, SIP provides intensive case management and access to services needed to achieve financial stability and long-term recovery.

Strengths-Based Case Management North provides a wide range of services to assist individuals who suffer from a major mental illness or co-occurring disorders. We provide assistance and care coordination from evaluation to discharge planning. Our recovery centered services provide ongoing interventions, which focus on resolving problems through psychosocial rehabilitation and resource management.
