Casa de Amparo: Residential Services

Casa Kids, prenatal through 18 years old, who have been traumatized by severe child abuse or neglect, stay at the Casa Kids Campus, a safe and nurturing setting on 11.4 acres of land in San Marcos, California. Each Casa Kid receives comprehensive trauma informed care tailored to their individual physical, social, emotional, developmental, and educational needs, while also ensuring they have as many healthy childhood experiences as possible. Casa de Amparo is licensed to accept ambulatory and non-ambulatory children and those with special healthcare needs. It is the only licensed group home in San Diego County serving pregnant and/or parenting foster youth.

Casa Palmera

Casa Palmera is committed to providing superior treatment to individuals and their family members suffering from the disease of addiction and behavioral health disorders. Our unique holistic program of healing incorporates the language of recovery, philosophy and psychology. Distinctive attention is given to the education of achieving balance and a rewarding lifestyle through the integration of fitness, wholesome eating, stress management, and spiritual reflection.

Catalyst (Full Service Partnership)

Catalyst is an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. Catalyst provides full service partnership services to Transitional Age Youth (TAY) ages 16 to 25 with a serious mental illness, and who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in San Diego County. This recovery-focused program is also co-located with a consumer-run clubhouse offering a wide range of services designed to help each participant lead a meaning, self-sufficient life.

Center for Community Counseling and Engagement

The Center for Community Counseling and Engagement is a non-profit community center providing low-cost counseling services to individuals, couples, and families in San Diego. The center is also a training facility operated by San Diego State University which provides hands-on education for graduate students in the Masters degree programs in the Department of Counseling and School Psychology. CCCE supports the view that individuals, families, and society are all important in the development and resolution of people’s problems.

Center for Community Solutions: Rape Crisis Center 24 Hour Hotline – Sexual Assault

Center for Community Solutions operates the only Rape Crisis Center in San Diego along with a countywide 24-hour bilingual crisis helpline.

Center for Community Solutions: Support Services

Founded in 1969, Center for Community Solutions (CCS) helps more than 10,000 adults and children each year to heal and prevent relationship and sexual violence. CCS operates the only rape crisis center in the city of San Diego along with a countywide 24-hour bilingual crisis helpline. The nonprofit agency also provides emergency domestic violence shelters, hospital and court accompaniment, as well as legal and counseling services for those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. CCS also works with local community groups and schools to provide innovative prevention programs to promote healthy relationships and peaceful communities.

Center for Discovery: Adolescent Program

Our teen eating disorder treatment settings provides a place where residents and their families can be guided and comforted through the treatment process. Our home-like setting and limited number of residents allows for the most personalized of care for each resident to address their specific needs and situation in a relaxed and spacious environment. Through our residential La Jolla location, the experiences, skills and knowledge learned during treatment are more easily related and transferred to life beyond treatment.

Center for Discovery: Adult Program

Center for Discovery Del Mar is a leader in residential treatment for women struggling with eating disorders as a primary diagnosis. We are solely committed to helping adult women with eating disorders achieve long-term recovery and live happy and productive lives. During our more than 15 year history, we have developed our proprietary treatment method that delivers successful results and has earned us a legacy of success. At Center for Discovery, we understand that women with eating disorders both need and deserve specialized treatment that is personalized for their individual situation. By keeping eating disorder treatment as our sole focus, treatment can be specialized, leading to a more effective and efficient program.

Centro Medico El Cajon

Serving the large East County communities of El Cajon, Lakeside and Santee, Centro Medico El Cajon is open seven days a week and is conveniently located in newly renovated offices immediately off Interstate 8 on Magnolia Avenue. Our dedicated staff provides a full range of health-care services, including family health, internal medicine and several specialties. Urgent care is available weekday evenings and weekends.

Centro Medico Escondido

Known for its relaxed family atmosphere, Centro Medico-Escondido has had a loyal patient following since 1993, when Dr. Alfredo Ratniewski opened the practice in what had been a small house at Second and Broadway. In 1999, a library expansion in central Escondido prompted the clinic to move to its present location in a shopping center at the corner of Washington Avenue and Ash Street, where it has flourished ever since. The clinic staff strives to give patients the personal care and attention they deserve. Se habla Espanol.
