Dollars for Scholars ( Fostering Opportunities Scholarship Fund)

Fostering Opportunity Scholarship Fund’s (FOSF) goal is to expand the educational opportunities for foster students by providing financial support for their higher education endeavors. We pair our scholarship recipients with mentors, who can lend supportive ear and offer advice, as each student transitions into their new environment and meets the challenges of higher education.

Eligibility:

'-You must attend an accredited public college or university in San Diego County. -You must be enrolled for at least 9 credit hours per semester. -You must have a 2.0 GPA or above each semester.
