The Intensive Family Program (IFS) is a wraparound program that helps students and families build positive support systems. Now offering a virtual option, IFS uses a comprehensive and proven behavioral health model for students and families who need intensive therapeutic services in San Diego County. Our culturally and trauma-informed experts help students stay safe in their home, school, and improve family well-being.
Individualized & Family Driven Services
- Case management, skills training, family therapy, and crisis intervention
- Highly customized planning process
- Maintain lower levels of care and decrease out-of-home placements

Team of Experts
- Intensive Family Therapist, Parent and Youth Coaches
- Implement evidence-based therapies tailored to the family’s needs and proven to create sustainable change
- Build on the individual strengths of the youth and their family
- Coordinate care with school and existing service providers
Eligibility Criteria
- Children and teens, ages 4-18
- Complex youth and family needs
- Funding sources include select private insurances, self-pay, school districts, and Adoptions Assistance Program
