Housing, assistance with employment and educational goals, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and the option to live in an affordable, furnished apartment upon graduation from the program

The program serves only eligible young adults aged 18 - 21 years who have chosen to stay in extended foster care as non-minor dependents.
