San Ysidro Health Center (SYHC) is a non-profit organization fully committed to providing the highest quality, most compassionate, easily accessible and affordable health care services for the entire family. SYHC’s unique services include the San Diego Children’s Dental Center at Rady Children’s Hospital offering oral care for medically fragile children, the Adult Special Needs Dental Clinic housed within SYHC’s King Chavez Health Center, Urgent Care services located at Chula Vista Medical Plaza, and Mi Clinica – SYHC’s retail clinic at Northgate Gonzalez Market. The County of San Diego has four STD Clinics. All clinics offer testing and treatment for most STDs, vaccines for hepatitis A and B, and HIV testing. All services offered on the basis of risk assessments, physical examinations, and/or laboratory test results.
