North County Health Services: San Marcos Health Center

At NCHS, our passion to provide caring health services goes beyond basic health needs, offering WIC nutrition services, Mental and Behavioral health services, Transportation, HIV/AIDS Case Management, Pharmacy, Lab and X-ray, as well as our Program & Resource Specialists to help with accessing other basic life needs. Our focus is to provide a team-based care approach to the whole person, offering low to no cost services by Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physicians.

North County LGBT Resource Center

Through the vision, dedication and hard work of our supporters, the North County LGBTQ Resource Center became a reality in November 2011. We will bring together to collaborate ideas, share resources, and extend our profile in our community. We envision the Resource Center as a visible symbol of the LGBT community in North County San Diego. The Resource Center will offer support, build, educate, and improve the relationships of the LGBT community and our friends and allies. Services include support groups for the youth, seniors, military service members, HIV/AIDS testing and prevention, counseling, civil rights advocacy, classes and workgroups.

North County Serenity House Residential Treatment

North County Serenity House serves women & women with children who wish to recover from drug or alcohol dependence. We also recognize the importance of serving those clients with co-occurring mental health issues. Our programs utilize a strong basis in the 12-Step traditions to help our women establish a stable, lasting base of support as they begin their journey of recovery. NCSH Center is a 120 bed residential facility that serves women & women with children who wish to recover from drug or alcohol dependence. We also recognize the importance of serving those clients with co-occurring mental health issues. Our program utilizes a strong basis in the 12-Step traditions to help our women establish a stable, lasting base of support as they begin their journey of recovery.

With the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”), the need to find healthcare providers by consumers as well as medical billers and coders has dramatically increased.
