San Diego County Public Assistance Line

The Access Customer Service Center is a call center and is an extension of the County of San Diego Family Resource Centers (FRC). Serving residents, providers, and other government agencies with questions or needs related to Family Resource Center programs and services, including providing case management services for existing FRC customers countywide. Access customer service representatives are experienced eligibility workers who are trained in CalWORKs, CalFresh, and Medi-Cal programs. Access Agents complete eligibility determinations, take application requests, and update existing case information.

San Ysidro Health Center (SYHC) is a non-profit organization fully committed to providing the highest quality, most compassionate, easily accessible and affordable health care services for the entire family. The mission of SYHC’s Special Needs Adult Dental Clinic is to provide high-quality dental care services to adult patients with special needs, including Down Syndrome, Autism, Cerebral Palsy and other physical and mental disabilities. The Special Needs Adult Dental Clinic serves individuals over 14 years of age who are registered with the San Diego Regional Center.
